Atlas is in private beta. We're onboarding a handful of new accounts each week. github.com/colossalcapital/atlas
Atlas.

The filing cabinet, the bookkeeper, and the compliance calendar. In one place.

Atlas manages every entity you own or operate: the LLC, the nonprofit, the holding company, and you personally. Finances, taxes, legal obligations, insurance, and documents, tracked per entity and per jurisdiction.

What it does

Atlas reads your documents, then does the bookkeeping you'd rather not

Connect email, bank accounts, and document stores. Atlas parses what comes in, files it against the right entity, and keeps running records so questions like "what does the nonprofit owe Delaware this quarter" have an answer.

Documents

PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets, emails, and web pages are parsed (OCR included), categorized, and filed per entity. Amounts, dates, parties, and obligations are extracted as structured records.

Finances

Bank sync, transaction categorization, P&L and balance sheets per entity, cash-flow forecasts, and consolidated reporting across the whole portfolio.

Taxes

Income and expenses categorized as they arrive. Schedules generated and deadlines tracked for personal, business, and nonprofit returns, including multi-entity consolidation.

Compliance

Atlas knows which filings, licenses, and registrations each entity needs based on where it operates, and flags what's missing or about to lapse. Federal, state, and local.

Legal

Contracts, operating agreements, and filings become a per-entity record of obligations, deadlines, and clauses you can actually search.

Insurance

Policies, premiums, renewal dates, and coverage gaps tracked across entities, with flags where activity suggests you're underinsured.

Grants

For nonprofits: discovery across 50+ sources, RFP parsing, and application drafting that handles roughly 80% of the writing. 27 grant schemas covering $2M+ in funding so far.

Calendar

Scheduling that understands your deadlines and relationships. Deep-work blocks placed near due dates, related meetings batched together, briefs assembled before each call.

Entities

Each entity gets its own workspace and its own books

Workspaces are isolated and instantly switchable. Add as many as you need.

TypeTypicallyWhat Atlas tracks
PersonalYouPersonal finances, taxes, health records, insurance, email, and calendar in a private workspace.
OrganizationCompany or teamCompliance, legal filings, financial reporting, tax automation, HR documents, jurisdiction requirements.
NonprofitFoundation or NGOGrant lifecycle, donor records, 990 prep, state registrations, filing deadlines in every state you operate.
ProductApp or serviceRepos, roadmap, releases, and user feedback for a single product.
ProjectScoped initiativeTasks, documents, deliverables, and a project-scoped slice of the knowledge graph.
HoldingParent or portfolioConsolidated financials, governance policies, and compliance rollups across all subsidiaries.

The graph

A knowledge graph does the filing underneath

Everything Atlas ingests lands in a 19-layer knowledge graph (Weaviate and PostgreSQL underneath) that links people, organizations, accounts, obligations, and documents across entities. That's what makes the cross-entity questions cheap to answer, and it's why search works in plain language rather than keywords.

The same graph is exposed to AI tooling: Atlas operations are available as MCP tools through Apollo, so Claude, Cursor, or Windsurf can ingest documents, search records, schedule meetings, and manage entities on your behalf. Pipelines run as scheduled Prefect flows, so every sync and rebuild is observable and retriable.
